A Note From Author Pat Sikora

About fifteen years ago I was invited to attend a weekend of classes called Life Seminars at a local church. This was a group of classes, taught by the church members, but all written by a guy named Gary Sweeten. After my first class, I was hooked. I continued to take all of the classes offered, and was soon teaching them.

Those classes have formed the foundation virtually all of the ministry, teaching, and writing I’ve done since then. The material has become intuitive and I find myself using it almost daily. People continue to be amazed at the simple skills I teach and insights I show in understanding their issues. I give much of the credit to Gary and the truths he offered many years ago.
